Cleaning

At the same time, the ground skin is rinsed off with a flushing pipe, and the dirt flows out with the water through the drain.

Feature of abrasive peeling machine

1. Turn on the power and start the switch. The direction of rotation of the dial in the cylinder is the same as the direction of the arrow on the drum cover. Otherwise, any two of the three-phase power can be re-installed. Connect the water inlet to the tap water switch port, and drain the sewage according to the situation, connect the hose, put the container or directly drain the water pipe.

2. Before the machine is started, put the potatoes from the lid. The TP350 type is suitable for 5-8 kg each time, and the TP500 type is 10-15 kg each time.

3. Open the water inlet switch, drain the water into the drum, adjust the volume appropriately, press the cylinder cover tightly, and activate the switch.

4. The machine works for about 2 minutes, turn off the power switch and the water inlet switch, depending on the peeling condition of the potatoes. If the potato skin has been removed, the door can be opened, the power switch can be turned on, and the potatoes are automatically driven from the barrel door under the rotation of the dial. Unload.

5. In the course of use, if abnormal conditions occur, the power switch should be turned off quickly. After the fault is removed, restart it to make it work normally.

6. Remove 30 kg of potatoes continuously or after each use, accumulate a part of potato skin and soil at the bottom of the drum. At this time, remove the cap, put out the tray, rinse with water, and then install it in turn. When taking the cover, it is more labor-saving to lift from one side of the circlip. When installing, first tilt the cover into one side of the circlip, and then press the cover slightly into the other side of the circlip, so that the cover is not easy to jack up during operation.
